It seems so long since I last put out a blog! So much has happened that I don't even know where to start. My subscription box launched, shows were done over the summer months and I left one position behind while finding a new path that allows me to help out a friend and gives me a little stability to boot.

 The Happy Dancing Dragonfly box has been such a great new venture for me and I am having lots of fun with it. The only "problem" is that I have a lot less time for blogging, shows and personal time. I am not complaining at all! I am so thrilled to have added this wonderful box of assorted items to so many people's lives. It has been a lot of fun curating each one with a combination of procured items plus others that I handmake. I have even gotten back to creating lotions, creams and soaps once more and look forward to including them in the boxes that are coming along in the coming months.

I am through the Samhain/Halloween season for the most part and am off to FaerieCon the first weekend in November. This year the theme is a celebration of  both their 10th anniversary and the 30th anniversary of the Jim Henson film, Labyrinth. There will be many guests who are helping with this great event including The Frouds, Cheryl Henson, Charles Vess, Gary Lippincott, Holly Black and many others.

Last month I had hoped to send free tickets to FairyCon in the subscription boxes but they did not arrive in time so I have quite a few to give away before the big event which runs from November 4-6, 2016. It takes place in Baltimore, MD so if you would like to get a pair or two let me know! I am happy to mail them or even leave them at the box office with your name on them so you can come to the event free! There are great workshops, nightly costume balls, wonderful authors, vendors and even fashion shows.
